Please allow for our annual production breaks when ordering for weddings or other time-sensitive occasions. Our production normally closes for two weeks in August (Summer Break) and from around 20 December to the first week of January (Christmas & New Year Break). Exact dates are announced in the website header.

Collections: 2–3 working days processing, plus 3–5 working days express delivery to the UK, EU, USA and other major destinations.

Made to Order & Design Your Own: Approximately between 15–30 working days, depending on construction, materials and customisation.

Made to Measure & Bespoke: Approximately 4–6 weeks. Please allow an additional two weeks if a new last needs to be created.

Weekends are not included in production timelines.
